Step 1: Pick A Product to Promote [Hot Tip Below]
Now, if you truly (and honestly) want to start promoting ClickBank products you must pick a viable product that is active in the market place.
You can gauge popularity on a ClickBank product based off of the Gravity that it has. My mentors have all taught me that a Gravity between 10-30 is ideal - it means there's less competition and more room for you to snuggle in and start achieving results faster, and more automatically.
Step 2: Preform Market Research
What you do after finding a low gravity product is you go ahead and start doing your market research. Why market research? Well you must know what your target audience is looking for, and what their wants, needs and challenges truly are.
My personal favorite method of research is through the Google Keyword Planner because I can mine for keywords to set up for my marketing campaign. Additionally, I make sure to compile lists of gurus, products, and services already available in the market place so that I can create content related to these keywords as well.
Step Three: Start Promoting
What I do after my research is nothing short of a mystery. I go ahead and create content through my personal blog first, and then I re-purpose my content to get on videos, websites, article directories, document sharing websites and social media.
I make sure that I drive traffic to my offer in a way that creates residual value. What is residual value you ask? It's value that is always going to be in the market place, because with content marketing I can literally share and syndicate my work and that will always be on the internet for people to view for the rest of my life whether I am asleep, awake, playing video games, eating, spending time with my family, or just plain having fun!
What driving traffic to my content also does is it gives me the ability to drive traffic to my capture page, which leads people through my online funnel, which leads them to my offer online.
The Business Model Is... 'Simple'
It's a beautifully transparent structure that does most of the work for me, once I have the initial front end set up.
The final process (from a bird's eye view) is: Create Traffic, Capture Leads and Convert Sales.
The three C's of marketing which allows anyone to successfully promote affiliate products online, especially ClickBank products.
