You personally might find blogging really boring and you can either outsource it or do something else. Other methods are social media, paid traffic, solo ads, paid social media, videos and forum posting. I am not an expert in these who can say that anyone is better. The truth is though that all of these methods work.
So once they have goals, they get good mentors and teachers and learn how to get to where they want to go. If you want it bad enough, though, it's there for the taking.
